Partnering in Prevention
In Peru there are between 3,000 and 4,000 victims of human trafficking each year, where 7 out of 10 are girls and adolescents. In this month's fight against human trafficking, the Peace and Hope International Team joins Peace and Hope Perú to address the most common purpose of this crime: Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC).
Peace and Hope Perú provides age appropriate education for children to prevent them from falling into sexual exploitation. Our desire is to help this effort by raising a little over 2% ($3000) of the annual budget for this cause.
